Leadership and Founder Development
“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.”
― Benjamin Franklin
Are you an executive struggling on multiple levels to lead your organization? Are you starting your entrepreneurial journey and thinking about how you will wear your founder’s hat? As leader, you’re the ship’s captain. Time to focus on what I call your “seamanship” qualifications to ensure a successful launch, whether it’s a new product, a service, or a new operation. To do that, you’ll want an experienced guide to help you prepare well as you take the helm.
I’ve been living the entrepreneurial life for more than two decades as a founder and co-founder. I’ve also played active roles in both established organizations and startup operations. My work in diverse sectors has provided me with an understanding of a wide variety of leadership personalities and styles. I’ve worn multiple hats in startup arenas: brand strategist, product developer, client relations manager, team builder, crisis manager, and project manager. I often wore a coach’s hat to help founders, co-founders, and executives grow into their leadership roles, guide teams, and incorporate a wellness practice. I’m so passionate about helping entrepreneurs and executives start out well prepared that I was compelled to write two books to share my experiences and lessons learned.
As a founder or an executive, you’ll increase your chances for success by honing your seamanship. Let me share my insights and experience to help you develop your essential leadership skills before embarking on your venture. Contact me to learn more about how I can help you! I’m available for 1:1 online and in-person coaching.
